What was the best part about using CallRail?

CallRail is an awesome software as a service which provides phone call tracking and reports for analyzing both outbound and inbound calls to help measure the performance of inbound and outbound phone call sales campaigns and improve overall ROI. CallRail is a popular choice with over twenty five thousand members currently using their service. I like being able to track improve performance of sales reps with the call recording features. And analyze offline or online ad campaigns such as referrals, content marketing, print and radio ads. You can learn which campaigns are converting best easily. CallRail provides the data necessary to learn how prospects are reaching out and which ad campaigns are more successful than others. Tagging calls is easy which helps when filtering searches by keyword. You can also search calls by campaign, users or time frame. This software is incredibly easy to set up and use. It lead me through a software wizard to get a campaign up and running within three minutes of first logging into my account which is amazing considering the complexity. CallRail made this absolutely simple and by far the easiest call tracking platform I've used over the years. And it's cloud based so access to account data is available on any device with an internet connection which is great. There's a free trial available for CallRail. I definitely think you should check this out. See for yourself the powerful features CallRail has to offer and how easy it is to set up for free and you'll likely be inclined to upgrade to a paid plan if you're in the market for call tracking. The pricing is extremely reasonable as well. Easily justifiable for the time saved and huge ROI possible by using it to monitor and train sales reps, and the effectiveness of single or multiple ad campaigns, online or offline. You can also track where calls are coming from such as mobile, organic search, direct or from paid ads. It's easy to optimize and scale up campaigns sources which are working best by utilizing CallRail data. Implementation would be easy to get clients and team members onboard as the dashboard is clean and simple to use. With the dynamic tracking functionality possible extremely easy to setup. Again, by far the easiest I've ever seen compared to similar call tracking software. I've not had any reason to test customer support but I've read several times in my research that is excellent. The integrations possible with CallRail is impressive. The list includes a lot of helpful partners for syncing with CallRail including Wordpress. The white label option is awesome for agencies to increase the value of their offers by reselling CallRail services. I've not had a reason to test CallRail customer service yet, but by all accounts in my research it's excellent.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

I believe the reporting could be more advanced along with the ability to customize reports and automate them. I understand the Google Analytics may track calls differently than CallRail and could be improved. I couldn't find a CallRail app in the iPhone app store. And I couldn't see how to link an email to multiple CallRail accounts, for example if a clients already uses CallRail a new email would have to be created for an agency to sync up.

Overall Feedback

CallRail is excellent for training sales reps and tracking marketing or advertising campaigns. Knowing what is working is the key to improving and CallRail provides this data. You can listen to phone calls almost in real time in order to take action for improvement in a training situation. This would help maximize the efficiency profoundly by facilitating best practices for the sales team. You could also create a knowledge base by gathering information recorded in calls to help prepare and solve issues in a customer support or medical patient situation. CallRail is HIPAA certified which is important in healthcare industries especially. The paid plans offered are very reasonable with phone numbers included in each plan. Additional numbers are priced a bit above average but the ROI would still be huge if this software was optimized for tracking campaigns correctly.
