What was the best part about using CallRail?

The most amazing feature of Callrail is security and reliability. You can track your calls and SMS easily. CallRail is a complete call center package. If you are running Call Center then you should try CallRail. It's recording features are also distinct as compared to other Competitors. You can record calls of your customers at any time.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

CallRail is very good tool. It is secure and reliable. The only issue is with its cost. I cannot purchase a license of 10 people due to the scale of my organization. I have only 7 people in my organization. Apart from it CallRail is an excellent tool. So I will give CallRail 5 Star based on it's core functionality.

Overall Feedback

CallRail is very helpful tool and it is also easy to integrate with most of the other available tools. Dashboard is well designed and easy to use. It has most powerful feature of call tracking, SMS Tracking and Keyword tracking. It has great Customer Support. If you have any technical difficulty then you can get help from Customer Support. Due to excellent Customer Support I will recommend this product.
