Bugtrack could help you identify any possible reasons why your system slows down or crashes. This helped us a lot identifying the reason why our system slows down without any assistance from specialists thus cutting our expenses. We are very happy as how easy BugTrack tracks down issues thus giving us faster response to treat software bugs.

If there is anything that I think they could improve on it would be a better interface. There are few instances that new employees need to be trained for a bit long compared to other software that we use. Not too much of an issue though as the software performs well.

Although learning curve is a bit long than the usual, what important for us is how the software performs. It performs really well in identifying the reason of any slowness on our system and crashing. This has definitely cut our overall expenses as we do not need to consult experts and pay their expertise.
