Bookeo is primarily based in Australia is an appointment scheduling software. It simplifies scheduling The scheduling tool helps you book your appointments faster. There is also the Free Trial on offer to make oneself familiarize with most of the features of this product and definitely is a feather in the cap.It would be great if they can incorporate the FREE version of the product in the future versions. I especially liked the user friendly interface which is pretty simple and easy to learn even for users not much exposed to technology. Our organization has been using it for over an year and pretty much satisfied with the increase in performance of our sales.

There is room for improvement in making the user interface more easy to use and improve the aesthetics as the current version is very laborious and pretty ordinary. I think the product itself is very good however in order to retain its market leadership, it can improve upon the custom reporting. The system is not robust and is prone to frequent crashes which require uploading again consuming significant amount of time. I also found that the navigation among the modules quite complex. Also the pricing and customization features for small businesses can be greatly improved. It would also immensely benefit if the management provides good training on the product emphasizing on quality rather than just sell the product off the shelf! .

Our Organization uses Bookeo in the areas of camp management and serves as a constant guide for interfacing our third party suppliers. The customer service team is extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the issues and is a delight to interact with. The integration with other applications is seamless and very user friendly. However at present though it is highly efficient with larges businesses, some customization thoughts can be applied for small ventures as well and make it affordable. Our Organization has been using Bookeo products for event registration. This helped us keep all of our activities organized and follow an efficient and streamlined process.
