Transition to Besttable Reservation Manager was an eacy choice as it’s rather affordable solution while maintaining all the important features (like extensive reservation management and customer database). We were happy to discover it is actually very easy to use and learn – no complexity, the interface is intuitive and straightforward with all the features. Moreover, the customer service is very timely and trustworthy as they are always there for help and advice.

Besttable actually has the same issue we have had with many other similar tools – the logging. It logs you out very quickly, not giving far enough time. Also, it doesn’t save the log in credentials which can prove to be rather troubling in the long-run. I definitely hope to see the improvement in these issues.

It is no question if you should give Besttable a try if you are looking for an affordable, simple system that your team would get accustomed to in no time, yet having all the important tools for fully functioning client management. For us, it has done the trick and is immensely capable for all its’ functions.
