What was the best part about using Avatar Dialler?

I specifically like Avatar Dialler’s predictive dialing feature which allows it to make call automatically so that its users can receive and make any numbers of calls. The system also includes a database of recorded calls which is secured in a server. This enables its users to perform search for recordings by lead name, date, number and so on.

What would you change about your experience with Avatar Dialler?

Honestly at first, I didn’t think that this product has so much potential. I used to think that cloud solutions like these would never become a hit in call centers but look, I certainly am wrong. Avatar Dialler is slowly becoming more in demand these days. And in case we encounter some issues while using this product, the reason were always because our agents lacked training.

Overall Feedback

Avatar Dialler is my best solution as an automatic dialer which gives me a better quality of voice recordings with a perfect accent for our customers. It is especially helpful for me since I am struggling a little with accents. It has pre recorded voices which makes any transactions faster and efficient.
