We had considered this payment gateway recently for our company. The checkout system is quite simple, there is fraud prevention, you have recurring billing options, echeck processing. Customer shipping and contact data storage so it doesn't have to be re-entered. You can utilize their virtual terminal via USB reader. You have mobile card processing included in your account though you have to purchase a reader but they are inexpensive. There are multiple user accounts with a variety of permissions and roles. There is a strong knowledge base on their site with videos as well to help.

I don't believe you can port data should you want to switch payment merchants, so you would have to obtain all of your customer data again which is not practical and something to be aware of going in. They should offer full disclosure regarding this very clearly on their site in my opinion. They could be more clear about their being only a payment gateway for people just getting into online payments. This would help them receive less complaints as well as they mostly seemed to be related to this misunderstanding. And they don't provide refunds at all unless you can prove they made a mistake which won't be likely.

Fees are acceptable considering they have a very solid reputation. They are a highly reliable payment gateway option. They have eliminated some fees since I checked them out a few years ago. And there is good value in some of their no cost add-on features such as mobile and processing, fraud prevention, simple checkout option and virtual point of sale. It's best to utilize a third party reseller you'll find better pricing and be aware that you can't port your data into another service once you get started. Other than that this is a very reliable payment gateway which I gladly recommend.
