Audience

Audience is a full-pack when it comes to digital signage. It’s awesome media library, automated player updates and well-functioning content scheduling enable to design professional-looking and informative presentations. Also, it must be emphasized it is surprisingly easy to use, considering the level of sophistication put into it! Worth mentioning is also their supreme customer service – always on point and very helpful!

For me the biggest setback is its price. Honestly, it is too expensive – personally I find almost 2000 dollars per user to be extremely high and even if it functions well, is bug-free and has all the functions, it doesn’t bring anything new to the table. For that price I would rather purchase Adobe Suit and continue the old-fashioned way, without digital signage as smaller company can’t see the benefit from Audience as much as a bigger corporation probably would. By the way, don’t hold your hopes high for trial either – there is no free trial unfortunately which in the end will mean, you are buying a rather expensive pig in a blanket.

Audience is as capable as any other digital signage software, providing good functionality and all the functions you could need to create good-looking signage. However, it’s price is rather high and as it doesn’t have a free trial, you better make it sure you know exactly what you are buying and that it is exactly for your company’s needs as for a smaller company I’d say such investment for one small software is a rather impactful one. If you know for sure, this is the program you need, then go for it because in return, you will get fully functioning product with professional help team behind it!
