I am not the most fond of its' overall appearance BUT I must say the drag and drop interface will definitely add a ton of usability to its' navigation. Now, on the feature side, the key point here is the immense database sources which makes it by far one of the best yet!

I can't say it is really the easiest tool to use as with all of the features lying in the interface, it can be rather confusing. The looks of it aren't most modern either (though the reports are not too bad). So mainly, it might cause some trouble simply with its' overall appearance.

Another very notable asset is the support system which is easily accessible and there are tons of resources available so you shouldn't have many worries with getting help if their interface is troubling you. If you are a new user to the whole field, it might be a little hard to comprehend all of the assets at first, but after a while when used to it, it will prove to be a great tool.
