This was among the companies I was interested in to learn if they were a good fit for our search engine optimization project which is ecommerce based in Canada. However I quickly learned that there was nothing positive to say about this company in terms of a presales strategy other than they had a few hundred Twitter followers and they appeared to have a solid technology stack with quite a few integrations. At least they weren't claiming to be highly certified when in fact they were not which I noticed quite a lot during my research.

They were not found in the Better Business Bureau when I checked but this level of transparency would go a long way to help create trust in prospects in my opinion. Their website SEO Woorank was the lowest of several dozen companies which I looked into with a score of thirty three out of hundred. So this wasn't a great first impression that they were leading by example through their own SEO services at all. Their website despite looking in the first few seconds is only filled with dummy text from the Wordpress theme they purchased. There is not a single word available to convey anything in English about their business or services at all. The phone number is clearly not accurate as it is a series of numbers from one to ten. There were no clients, no case studies and very little substance on their website to indicate they were active at all.

I can't honestly recommend a company which has no substance on their website currently. There was a gmail available but based on the lack of credibility and transparency in any other way this is the only company during my research I didn't find worthy to give the benefit of the doubt in order to learn if there was a reason for the lack of anything credible in regards to their company available on their website. Perhaps if you circle around in the future you will find this company to be completely legitimate and prove me wrong. It could be that I caught them during the week they were rebranding their company online. However a professional approach would be to having a maintenance page so as to prevent this word type of word of mouth marketing. And unfortunately there was no response from them at all. I was sure to double check my email account and listen to my voicemails as well as wait five business days, so we went in another direction. And I cannot currently recommend them.
