BPMOnline is a cloud based customer relationship management software suite with marketing and support modules as well which make it a customer lifecycle focused application. I really like the customer lifecycle approach to customer relationship management and was looking forward to my research into this one. Especially after having tested at least two dozen other CRM's in the last several weeks and having discovered some incredible CRM's and some others not so much. I like the flexibility in your account there is a lot of customization possible and it's quite easy to do. That's important especially with a solution which support the entire customer lifecycle in that certain industries require very specific setups and the ability to do this in your CRM and connect these details to your marketing and support teams in a single application is awesome. Your overall productivity and efficiency jump when you can integrate entire departments to have seamless communication and 360 access to contact and customer details. The user interface overall is very straight forward and simple enough to being using immediately which is great. It is an intuitive user experience design and very enjoyable to use. While you can customize a lot there are solid security measures which can be implemented as well so you can ensure that only people in the correct role with the right permissions have access to what they should have. The reporting is quite robust and offers a good number of ways to observe patterns and trends or opportunities which upon analysis can be adapted or removed to improve performance with regards to your key performance indicators. This software has a deep interconnection to your bottom line and your resulting revenue growth. So to have this much value offered for twenty five bucks per month, per user I believe is very fair. I like the ability to view your customer history is good. You can not only see the contact details but their behavior and preferences such as orders, history of quotes and even website browsing which you can segment accordingly and then utilize personalized campaigns to increase your campaign performance and return on investment. Not only can you track visitors and their behavior on your site but you can determine your optimal lead sources and display this data in your analytics and adapt your campaigns to scale up the best performing ones. This CRM will also remove duplicates which is a surprisingly lacking feature in just about every other CRM with the exception of SalesForce but it does not come natively built in it is a third party membership you have to pay for on top of the core CRM. Once you reach several hundred or a thousand or more contacts it can become cumbersome in any CRM and it's quite easy to duplicate similar contact information which decreases your productivity and pretty much just causes miscommunication and confusion, so this feature is great to have already built into it.

Unfortunately to be honest my first impression wasn't great because my demo account hung up twice with both email addresses I attempted to use. My professional business email address as well as a work Gmail. In fact, the demo is still hung up as I write this but with such unique capabilities I want to give it a shot and it turns out it was worth the initial bit of hassle which happens from time to time and could of been an issue on my end as well, I suppose.

This is a very comprehensive solution at a very affordable price considering your access to complete lifecycle CRM tools starting at twenty five bucks per month. I find their marketing module pricing to be much steeper in comparison starting at twenty seven bucks per month for one thousand emails sent per year. But I do like the CRM itself a lot. It's right up there with the best of them in terms of value and features with Pipeliner CRM and Hubspot CRM; my current two favorites.
