I don't see that the company guarantees their work at all anywhere. Their website is very basic and created on shared hosting and seems kind of just thrown together in my opinion as someone in the field. Perhaps doesn't affect the quality of their work but indirectly it seems that they are not as committed to their own branded presentation for prospects compared to their competition. Or that they don't have the cash flow to invest in a sophisticated website development it's not an assumption just a plausible possibility.
